Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, absolutely. Each rug listing features photos of the exact piece you'll receive—no generic stock images. Since every handmade rug is one of a kind, what you see is exactly what you get.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

A digital receipt will be sent to your email immediately after purchase. You can also find it anytime by logging into your account and navigating to "Order History." If you need a physical copy or an invoice for customs purposes, just email us and we'll send one over within 24 hours.

How can I return an item?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all rugs in original condition. Simply contact our team to initiate a return—we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label and full refund instructions. Once we receive the rug, your refund is processed within 5 business days. Please note that custom or special-order rugs are non-returnable unless defective.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?

Because each rug is hand-knotted and truly unique, we generally cannot restock the same piece. However, if a rug you love shows as sold out, contact us directly—we may be able to source a similar design from the same weaving region, or notify you when a new piece from that collection becomes available.

Where can I ship my order?

We ship worldwide to most countries via trusted international carriers (DHL, FedEx). Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination—you can calculate them at checkout before purchasing.
