Within the field, a unique allover pattern is composed of a skillfully balanced combination of large and small motifs that present a visually thrilling iteration of the “Garden of Paradise” concept. Quill-like cypresses are embedded in a geometric medley of blossoming botanical structures. Wonderfully stylized birds perch in between with lone flowers dangling from their beaks. The flashy composition roars to life against a buoyantly luminous sapphire blue field, emphasizing dramatic, skillfully balanced asymmetry and consummately executed crystal-clear patterning. Additional desert hues, many achieved with undyed camelhair, glow with the patina of great age, highlighting and intensifying the impact of every design.
