This exquisite antique Persian Tabriz rug dates to 大约 1880 and originates from the renowned weaving city of Tabriz in northwest Iran. It showcases a grand central medallion in deep rose and ivory tones, surrounded by an elaborate floral field teeming with palmettes, arabesques, and boteh motifs.

The rug measures approximately 9′ 2" × 12′ 4" (279 × 376 厘米) and is hand-knotted in lustrous Kork wool on a cotton foundation, yielding an exceptionally soft pile and vivid natural dyes that have aged to a warm, harmonious palette.
